BIG ANNOUNCEMENT

The OVer Company started because of a NEED we had with our family, and the business organically grew… reaching 10s of thousands of parents from across the country and all over the world, providing a solution to keep their babies safe and cozy.

The OVer cover became their must-have and a go-to gift they could be proud to give to their friends and family.

Michael and I followed our hearts, listened to what our family needed, what our CUSTOMERS needed, and from there the business grew and evolved.

We are proud of where we have brought this business over the past 8 years.

We feel a shift in our lives right now that we are ready to pass The OVer Company brand onto another family to continue what we started and worked so hard for these past 8 years.

This decision hasn’t been made quickly or without much thought and hours and hours of conversations together. Michael and I have had a lot on our plate as entrepreneurs these past 8 years- starting and running 4 different companies as the years went on.

We feel it is now time to pass on our very first business baby to someone who can give it the attention and energy it deserves. The OVer Company is an amazing small business and everything is in place to keep this business running - we are looking for someone - and not just ANYONE - to take over and really bring it to where it can go.

With our focus shifting over the past couple of years, that person is no longer us.

We feel the need to continue listening to our inner voice and our family needs, as we have for the past 8 years, and it is now time for us to focus and give our time and energy into the other businesses we have.

Our other businesses have also evolved into so much more than we ever anticipated and it is impossible for us to just do it all.

Whatever we do, we always want to make sure we do it well — so we feel the need to focus on where we see ourselves right now and in the coming years. We have a passion for small businesses and we see how The Modern Mom Show brand has evolved over the years to be able to support our small business community now more than ever before.

This is where our passion lies and when we are able to put more energy into something we are passionate about, this is when the magic happens. We want to bring this magic to our community.
