WHAT IS A FACTORY SECOND SALE?
Quality is the highest importance to The OVer Company. That’s why our products go through a three-step quality check before each and every item makes it into your orders. Our products are hand-cut and sewn, with fabric blends that contain natural materials. From time to time we may find misprints, markings or oil spots from sewing machines. All items in our Factory Seconds Sale are 100% usable, and the flaws they contain do not affect the wear or use of each item, unless otherwise specified. If you have shopped our Factory Seconds Sale before, you know that these flaws are very minimal. Being able to offer these items at a deep discount not only reduces our environmental footprint by creating less waste, but it also provides opportunity for more of you to stock up on popular items at a lower cost.
IS THERE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
All items in this sale are considered FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for cancellations, returns or exchanges.
CAN I USE PROMO CODES ON THESE STYLES?
Promotional codes cannot be applied to our Factory Seconds Sale items.
CAN I SEE A PHOTO OF THE IMPERFECTION ON MY ITEM?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to list and show each imperfection, however, we do our best to include a few examples of common imperfections through our social stories prior to the event.
HOW LONG WILL THE SALE LAST?
Factory Seconds Sale items go quickly, so we recommend being on right at launch time and checking out as quickly as possible to guarantee your order. To save time at checkout, creating an account prior to the sale is encouraged. Once all of the items are gone, they are no longer available. There is only a limited number of each item and they are only available in the sizes and styles listed on respective product pages.
WILL MY ITEMS BE HELD IF THEY ARE IN MY CART?
No. Due to system limitations, orders are only guaranteed when you successfully complete checkout, before items have sold through. If an item in your cart has sold out, you will be notified before checkout is complete. In rare cases, some orders may be processed at the same time and a team member will reach out to let you know if we are unable to fulfill an item from your order.
WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE FULL-PRICE ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes! You’ll be able to add both sale items and full-price items to your cart at checkout. All items currently stocked and available will be listed on our website prior to the sale. To save time at checkout, we encourage you to add the items you plan to buy alongside the sale items before the sale launch. Please note, if you select an item that is on pre-order, your entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item is available to ship.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
All Factory Second Sales are packaged in compostable polybags. These items will not include original packaging or tags. Inside care tags will have an “X” through them.
Orders will begin to ship same or next business day. Items are sent via Expedited Shipping, with upgrade shipping options available at checkout. As always, local pickup is free when selected at checkout. Once processed, you will receive a shipment or local pickup confirmation with tracking details/pickup instruction. Delivery times will vary based on courier delays and location.
