Exchanges are only accepted for unused The OVer Company products within 30 days from the receipt of your purchase from The OVer Company.

A $5 restocking flat fee applies per return process (not per item).

To initiate an exchange please:

  • Email us at returns@theovercompany.com
  • Include your original order number or the email address on which the order was processed so we can look up your order
  • Include the reason for exchange
  • Include the new product/print/size you would like

Once approved:

  • You will be emailed a return shipping label 
  • Place the product in a box
  • Print the label and tape the label on the box
  • Drop the package off at any Canada Post depot

Please note that the product must be returned unused in original packaging for exchange to be accepted and the new product sent out.

Shipping charges for exchanges:

  • Shipping on the original purchase will not be refunded
  • A return label will be provided to send your The OVer Company product back to us
  • Shipping on exchanged product will be applied

In rare cases we may not be able to exchange a like for like limited edition product. In this case we will discuss your options before your exchange is approved.

Exchanges on Sale items are not accepted

INTERNATIONAL: Exchange labels for customers outside of Canada can not be initiated by us. International exchanges must be initiated by the customer using their own postal service. In cases like this, shipping costs are not covered by The OVer Company.

Purchased from one of our Retail Partners

All The OVer Company products purchased from one of our Retail Partners must be returned or exchanged from the retail outlet of purchase.

Returns are only accepted for for unused The OVer Company products within 7 days from the time you receive your purchase from theovercompany.com.

Once approved:

Once we receive your return and verify it is unused, you will be refunded via your original purchasing method, minus the restocking fees.

Shipping charges for returns:

  • A fee equivalent to shipping costs for the customers region will be applied to orders being returned that originally qualified for free shipping
  • A return label will be provided to send your The OVer Company product back to us

All The OVer Company products purchased from one of our Retail Partners must be returned or exchanged through the retail outlet you originally purchased from.

Return/exchange process in-store purchases at The OVer Company Flagship Store:

With original receipt:
We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original packaging/condition within 30 days of purchase from The OVer Company Flagship Store. 

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser, credited back to the form of payment used on the initial purchase.

With gift receipt:
Gift recipients can exchange items with a gift receipt. If items are unavailable, the original amount of the item will go towards credit on a gift card that can be applied online or in-store.
All sales/discounted items are FINAL SALE.
