RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Before beginning the return/exchange process

• All sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged
• All The OVer Company items purchased from one of our Retail Partners must be returned/exchanged at the establishment of initial purchase

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only accepted for unused The OVer Company products in their original packaging and tags attached within 90 days of receipt of your purchase. Item(s) must be in new, sellable condition, free of any stains, pet hair, odors or other debris. The item must meet these conditions in order for the exchange to be accepted and the new product shipped, with the exception of warranty replacements.

If items do not meet these conditions they will not be accepted for a return/exchange. It is at the discretion of the customer to pay for shipping back to them, or otherwise will be donated.


The following items are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange: OVer face masks, Essential Scrunchies, Pacifiers, Pacifier Clips, Last Chance items, Factory Seconds, [note:able] stationary, gift cards.

To initiate an exchange:
• Click the link below to get started
• The original order number and email address on which the order was processed is required to proceed
• Select items you wish to exchange. Items excluded from our policies are not eligible for exchange.
• Select a reason for exchange from the drop-down menu
• Select your exchange method (see fees and options)
• For items being exchange for products, please fill out "Additional Information". Provide in as many details as possible item(s), including sizes and style you wish to receive in exchange. Please note, standard shipping rates apply for all items being sent back to you (see fees and options)
• Confirm exchange request and wait for an email confirmation.

Fees and Options:
Exchange for Store Credit in the form of a digital gift card
• Local Curbside Drop Off = FREE
• Pre-Paid Shipping Label = $7.95 handling fee

Exchange for product
• Local Curbside Exchange = FREE
• Pre-Paid Shipping = $7.95 handling fee
• Standard shipping rates apply for items being sent back to you, including free shipping for orders $75+ pre-taxes or flat rate shipping of $10 + taxes North America Wide. 

Once approved:
• You will be emailed a return shipping label with instruction
• Once items arrive back at our warehouse, please allow 2-4 business days for your exchange to be processed.
• An exchange order for the new items will be created. Standard shipping rates apply for all items being sent back to you, including free shipping for orders $75+ pre-taxes or flat rate shipping of $10 + taxes North America Wide.
• Any outstanding payments will be invoiced to you and exchange will be processed and shipped once payment has been received.

In rare cases, we may not be able to exchange a like-for-like limited edition product. In this case, we will discuss your options before your exchange is approved.

RETURNS

Item(s) must be in new, sellable condition, free of any stains, pet hair, odors or other debris. The item must meet these conditions in order for the return to be accepted and refunded, with the exception of warranty issues.

If items do not meet these conditions they will not be accepted for a return/exchange. It is at the discretion of the customer to pay for shipping back to them, or otherwise will be donated.

• You will be emailed a return shipping label with instruction
• Once items arrive back at our warehouse, please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.
• Refund by Store Credit; A digital gift card will be emailed to you for the refund balance less applicable fees.
• Refund by original purchase method; Payment will be refunded to the original purchaser via your original purchase method, less applicable fees. An email confirmation will be sent once complete.

To process a return/exchange curbside at The OVer Company HQ

During business hours, The OVer Company products can be dropped off for contactless curbside exchange/return in their original packaging, within 90 days of receipt of your purchase. Returns and exchange requests must first be initiated through submission links. Once approved, feel free to drop off your exchange/return during business hours. The item(s) must meet the conditions listed above in order for the return or exchange to be processed and, if applicable, the new item to be received.

Important note for international orders

Return and exchange labels for customers outside of Canada cannot be initiated by us.International returns must be initiated by the customer using their own postal service. In cases like this, shipping costs are not covered by The OVer Company.
