RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Before beginning the return/exchange process

• All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• All The OVer Company items purchased from one of our Retail Partners must be returned/exchanged at the establishment of initial purchase

Special Holiday Return Policy

To offer flexibility in your shopping experience, we've extended our returns policy for the holiday season! All eligible items purchased between November 1 to December 25 may be returned through our Returns Portal until January 15th, 2022. All returns must be accompanied by original order number and email, and must meet our return policy standards.

All purchases made after December 25th, 2021 are subject to our standard 30 day return policy window.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Products returned back to The OVer Company are only accepted if they are unused, in their original packaging, and tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Item(s) must be in new, sellable condition, free of any stains, pet hair, odors, or other debris. The item must meet these conditions in order for the return to be accepted and refunded, with the exception of warranty issues.

If items do not meet these conditions they will not be accepted for a return/exchange. It is at the discretion of the customer to pay to have the item shipped back to them, or otherwise, it will be donated.

The following items are considered final sale and not eligible for return: OVer face masks, Essential Scrunchies, Pacifiers, Pacifier Clips, Last Chance items, Factory Seconds, [note:able] stationary, gift cards, OVersleepers, OVer kids sleep set.


To initiate a return/exchange:
• Email hello@theovercompany.com with your return/exchange request including the original order number and email address on which the order was processed.


Fees and Options:
Return for Store Credit in the form of a digital gift card
• Local Drop Off (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9 am - 4 pm ) = FREE
• Pre-Paid Shipping Label = $10 handling fee
*If the original order drops below the shipping threshold after the return or exchange,  a shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Return for Exchange
• Local Drop Off (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9 am - 4 pm ) = FREE
• Pre-Paid Shipping = $10 handling fee

Once approved:
• You will be emailed a return shipping label with instruction
• Drop off the items to any Canada Post Depot within 30 days of your order date. Canada Post will provide a proof of drop off in the form of a receipt. Keep this receipt safe until your return is received and processed by our team. This proof of drop off may be required in the event of shipping delays or if any issues arise in transit.
• Once items arrive back at our warehouse, please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.
• Refund by Store Credit; A digital gift card will be emailed to you for the refund balance less applicable fees.
• Refund for exchange; Once the exchange is received and approved, your requested replacement will be shipped out to you(if shipping is required). Standard shipping rates apply including free shipping on orders $100+ or flat $15+taxes fee.

Important note for international orders

Return and exchange labels for customers outside of Canada cannot be initiated by us.International returns must be initiated by the customer using their own postal service. In cases like this, shipping costs are not covered by The OVer Company.
