RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Holiday exchange policy

We have extended the exchange opportunity window for your holiday purchases. Orders placed between November 16 and December 24 are able to be exchanged until January 15, 2021. This policy does not include an extended window for returns. This policy does not include exemptions for our sale items which, as always, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before beginning the return/exchange process

• All sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged
• All The OVer Company items purchased from one of our Retail Partners must be returned/exchanged at the establishment of initial purchase

EXCHANGES

To initiate an exchange:
• Email us at returns(at)theovercompany.com
• Include your original order number or the email address on which the order was processed so we can look up your order
• Include the reason for exchange
• Include the new product/print/size you would like

Once approved:
• You will be emailed a return shipping label
• Place the product in a box
• Print the label and tape the label on the box
• Drop the package off at any Canada Post depot

Exchanges are only accepted for unused The OVer Company products in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. The item must meet these conditions in order for the exchange to be accepted and the new product shipped.

A $5(+tax) restocking fee applies per exchange process (not per item, for example an exchange of 3 items from the same order is still a $5 restocking fee).

In rare cases, we may not be able to exchange a like-for-like limited edition product. In this case we will discuss your options before your exchange is approved.

Shipping charges for exchanges:
• Shipping on the original purchase will not be refunded
• A return label will be provided to send your item to our warehouse
• A shipping charge will be applied on the exchanged product

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted for unused The OVer Company products in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. The item must meet these conditions in order for your refund to be processed via your original purchase method, minus restocking fee + tax.

Shipping charges for returns:
• Shipping on the original purchase will not be refunded
• A fee equivalent to shipping costs for the customers region will be applied to orders being returned that originally qualified for free shipping
• A return label will be provided to send your item to our warehouse

To process a return/exchange curbside at The OVer Company HQ

During business hours, we will happily refund or exchange unused The OVer Company products in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. The item must meet these conditions in order for the return or exchange to be processed and, if applicable, the new item to be received. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original order number. Refunds will only be issued to the purchaser, credited back in the form of payment used for the initial purchase. The $5 restocking fee does not apply for curbside returns/exchanges.

Important note for international orders

Return and exchange labels for customers outside of Canada cannot be initiated by us.
International returns must be initiated by the customer using their own postal service. In cases like this, shipping costs are not covered by The OVer Company.
