Courier Shipping Delays Notice:
As online ordering increases, the demand for courier delivery is higher than ever. We are proud to be able to continue offering free shipping on orders $100 + North America wide using Canada Post and USPS. These couriers continue to be navigating higher parcel volume, causing significant delays in delivery times that will continue for the foreseeable future.

In an effort to offset delivery delays, while providing the best customer experience, we have opened up FedEX shipment options at checkout for faster service. We recommend choosing this option if there is urgency in receiving your order in a timely manner. Our team will work as quickly as possible to get your orders out safely into the hands of our couriers. 

Option for curb side pickup is available to all customers in London, ON and surrounding areas -   Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4pm. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to navigate these delays. Thank you for supporting The OVer Company!!

Why haven't I received a shipping notification yet?
In order to combat COVID19 by maintaining safe social distancing and increased health and safety protocols, we have made adjustments to keep the health and safety of our team and customers a top priority. This means we are running on very minimal warehouse staff, so order turn around time is taking a bit longer than normal. Your order is very important to us, and we will be getting to it as soon as possible! We appreciate your patience as we continue to work hard to fulfill everyones order as quickly as we can.

I received a tracking number, but it's delayed or not showing updated tracking information.
Please anticipate delays with your order arriving to your location. As courier companies continue to juggle higher parcel volumes, steps are being put into place to continue to maintain safe physical-distancing while getting your order to you. Once your order is given to the courier, some steps may seem out of the ordinary or taking longer than normal. Do you offer free shipping?
"Free Shipping" is offered on all North America orders of $100+ before taxes and after discounts.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship world wide and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. The OVer Company is not responsible for any international duties, taxes, or customs fees once your order is shipped.

I ordered an item that is listed as a pre-order, but would like some of my items sooner. Can I split my order?
Any orders with pre-ordered products included will be held until the entire order can be fulfilled. We are happy to split the shipment and send out stocked items separately. If items do not meet our free shipping (orders of items qualifying of $100+) when split, there would be a $15+ hst shipping fee to arrange two separate shipments for orders sent within North America.

Can I pick up my order if I'm in the London area?
Absolutely! We now offer contactless curbside pickup as an option at checkout. Find our process here for more information. If you've already placed an order with us and wish to change to curbside pickup, please email us at 

I entered the wrong address for shipping, what do I do?
Send us an email to with your name and order number. We are happy to make any adjustments before the order has shipped. If an order is returned due to a customer address input error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, and reshipment of the order.  These fees would be deducted from the total if the customer chooses to refund the order.

My parcel is showing delivered but I haven't received anything.
All lost or shipping issues originating after the order leaves The OVer Company warehouse, must go through the courier companies investigation prior to any reshipment.  This investigation will start as soon as we hear from the customer and could take up to 2-3 weeks from the start of the investigation. This process can be significantly sped up if the customer reaches out to the courier directly to report an issue with the delivery of their order.
