SHIPPING + RETURNS

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada! Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $15. Orders in remote areas or outside of Canada are subject to additional shipping fees, a customer service representative will reach out and send through a payment request via PayPal for the difference. We will require the payment request to be completed before we ship your order.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are submitted. However, unwanted items may be returned for a refund within 14 calendar days of being received. (There are no exceptions on this date range)

A product may be exchanged or returned if it is sent back: 

*unworn

*unwashed

*with original tags and packaging intact

*free of stains, odours, animal hair and damage

A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days once the package has been received back and inspected. 

To initiate a return please email hello@theovercompany.com with the following information:

*order number and name of purchaser

*photo of product with tags on in new condition

*reason for return

The return package must be postmarked back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Customer is responsible to pay the cost of shipping a return. Every return is subject to a $7 restocking fee.

If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, the $7 restocking fee will be waived.

We stand by our products and they are designed with great care. In the case there is an issue related to defect, please notify us via email (hello@theovercompany.com) with photos attached and within 10 calendar days of receipt of your product. All items must be unworn/ unused to be eligible for a refund.
