I love this sleeper so much that I felt compelled to come to the website and write a review.
I picked it up at the Womb to Walking show because I couldn’t resist the amazing soft feel, love bamboo and the design with the foldover feet.
I’m partial to the following brands: Kyte, Carters Purelysoft line, Parade Organics and Bonds Wondersuits. The Over Company sleeper is better than all of the above. It sort of combines the soft breathable bamboo of Kyte with the amazing long-wearing fit of Bonds.
While the price can be hard to swallow for baby clothes, it’s on par with other bamboo and I’m confident that the price-per-wear will work out about the same quite low. That’s because I know I’ll grab for this one every time it’s clean so it’ll be worn way more than others, and between the cuffed arms and legs + high amount of stretch it’ll fit twice as long.
The quality feels even better than my other bamboo. I’ve only washed this one once so far but I “break the bamboo rules” and throw it all in the dryer… that causes my Kyte stuff to pill, but this one still looked brand new after first wash. It’s even softer too.
In terms of fit, they run a little big. Very comparable to the Bonds Wondersuits. Fits my long and lean baby really well but with the stretch should fit a less lean baby too. Will fit for a long time with the option to double up the cuffs and fold them over the feet.
